Data we store

Your store's domain and the access token Shopify gives the app when you install it.

Which photos go with each variant: product, photo and option value IDs, product titles and option names, and your gallery settings.

Your setup progress, your plan, and the language of each admin user (identified only by Shopify's internal user ID).

Anonymous usage events (for example, which setup step was completed) to make the app easier to use. They contain no personal data.

If your theme isn't compatible yet: your theme's name and version and the URL of one product page, so we can adapt the gallery. Never your storefront password.

Data we don't collect

The app doesn't access your customers' data: no names, emails, addresses or orders.

The gallery on your storefront doesn't use cookies, doesn't track shoppers and doesn't send anything to our servers. It reads the photo data saved in your products.

We read your store's email only to show it to you inside the app; we don't store it.

How we use it

Only to run the app: show the right photos, keep them in sync when you change products in Shopify, check that the gallery works in your theme, apply your plan, and answer support requests.

We don't sell or share your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

On servers in the United States: the app runs on Fly.io and the database on Supabase. Support and alert emails are sent through Resend. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify.

How long we keep it

While the app is installed. If you uninstall it, everything is deleted 30 days later, so you can reinstall without losing your setup in the meantime. When Shopify asks us to erase a store's data, we do it within that same period.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data or to delete it at any time by writing to soporte@msantini.com. Uninstalling the app also deletes it, as described above.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
